Virginia Bracey “Boo Boo” was born on Thursday, May 13, 1982 in Sumter, South Carolina to the late Marion and Catherine Davis Bracey.
Boo-boo was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. She was a very hard and dedicated worker. She worked at Willie Sues, Pilgrim Pride and Wards BBQ for several years. Her co-workers was like family to her. Boo-Boo excepted her Lord and Savior at an early age, she attended the local churches in Sumter county, New Life Bible Church, Cherryvale Baptist Church, and Grace Cathedral Ministries. She love going to Spoliwa Bible Camp in Georgia when she was a little girl. She was blessed with the gift to talk and listen to so many people, she loved helping people, she always expressed and told her family and friends how much she loved them. Boo-Boo had an infectious laugh and she was incredibly kind to all who knew her, she was a friend to so many people. She was a sounding board, a shoulder to cry on, someone to pick you up when you were down someone who offered you advice, but even in disagreement there was respect, understanding and an underlying love that transcended differences. Virginia’s life was for too short on this earth, but we are thankful to God for allowing her to be a testament of life filled with love, laughter, and memories that enrich our lives, and will forever echo in our hearts.
