Chawnte Vernard Baxter

Chawnte  Vernard Baxter, son of the late Patricia Ann Baxter and Alvin Adams, was born March 24, 1980. He gained  his wings on December 20, 2024 in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Chawnte was educated in the public schools of Orangeburg County. He was employed with Husqvarna during his time in the workforce.

Chawnte accepted Christ at an early age and attended Bull Swamp Baptist Church in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ann Baxter;  father, Alvin Adams, grandmother, and uncles.

Chawnte leaves to cherish his fond memories one brother, Trainie Baxter of the home; grandmother, Minnie Lee Adams; three aunts, Patricia Adams, Margaret Baxter, and Christine Green all of Orangeburg, South Carolina; four uncles, Willie Brown (Hattie), Theodore Baxter (Charlene), Chris Baxter (Vivian), Jimmy Baxter (Patsy) all of Orangeburg, South Carolina; a very special friend, Carlos Jamison and a host of cousins and extended family and friends.
