Eva Mae McLeod, 65, was born on January 1, 1960 to the late David Lee McLeod and Agnes McLeod. She entered peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, South Carolina.
Eva attended the public schools of Lee County. She was a homemaker. She was highly devoted to God. In her young age, she attended Barnettsville Baptist Church. Later in life, she became a member and the mother of Emmanuel Prophetic Ministries, under the leadership of Prophetess Lakisha McLeod.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, David Lee McLeod and Agnes McLeod; six sisters and five brothers.
She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Lakisha McLeod; one granddaughter, Kechina Russ; God children, Mary Pelzer and Earnestine (Michael) Rouse, one brother, Ernest (Mary) Wilson of New Jersey; two sisters-in-law, Lillie McLeod and Shirley McLeod, both of Bishopville, South Carolina; one brother-in-law, Eugene Dixon; two aunts, Eliza Jane Fortune of Lamar, South Carolina and Evelyn Byrd of New Jersey; Spiritual daughters of Emmanuel Prophetic Ministries, Evangelist Lavonda Butler, Evangelist Christine McCrea, Evangelist Patricia Williams, and Evangelist Cynthia Dingle and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, all whom she loved dearly.
