Mrs. Felecia L. Harley was born on May 11, 1955, to the late Mary Lee and Jerry Lee Williams of Walterboro, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest on April 22, 2026, at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, South Carolina.
She attended the public schools of Colleton County and graduated with the Class of 1973. She also attended Voorhees College, where she graduated with the Class of 1977, receiving her bachelor's degree. She pursued further studies at New York University and South Carolina State University, where she received her master's degree. She was employed with the Colleton County School District for over 30 years until her retirement.
Felecia joined Springtown United Methodist Church at an early age and served faithfully until her health failed. She served on the PPRC, as president of the United Women in Faith, and on other auxiliaries within the church.
She was united in holy matrimony to the late Nathaniel Harley Sr. To this union, two children were born: Nathaniel Harley Jr. and Quinisha Harley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel Harley Sr.; her parents, Mary Lee and Jerry Lee Williams; as her daughter, Theresa Harley; and one brother, Bernard Williams.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories her children, Nathaniel Harley Jr. (Kanita) of Columbia, South Carolina; Quinisha Harley; children she loved as her own, Naomi (John) of Philadelphia and Elva Harley of the Bronx, New York; and a host of grandchildren and great - grandchildren. She is also survived by her God-son Kamauri Pitts; one brother, Thomas Williams of the Bronx, New York; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
