Germani Corey Devon Murray, affectionately known as “Pooh,”was born on December 27, 1988 to Keshia Murray Brown and Terry Corey Green. On Friday morning, January 16, 2026, while surrounded by those he loved, Germani gained his wings and bidfarewell to his earthly home.
Germani attended Colleton County High School and was a proud graduate of the class of 2007. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Army where he served before receiving a medical discharge. He received an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology from Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC. He worked as an Independent Contractor for granite installations.
Germani had an infectious smile and was loved and admired by many people. He was a lover of sports and a huge football fan. He enjoyed cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He will always be remembered for his kindness,compassion, and contagious personality.
Preceding him in death was his maternal grandfather Turner Murray, Jr.
Germani leaves to cherish his memories and celebrate his life, his beloved mother, Keshia Brown; his father, Terry Corey Green; his beautiful daughter and apple of his eye, Natalya Murray; siblings, Corey Green, Kerry Green, Keyra Green, Lakeiva Williams, Destiny Green, and Shatarra Green; maternal grandmother, Josephine Murray; paternal grandparents, Julia and Nathan Green; aunts, Janice Williams, Verlie Chisholm, Earline Green, Amy Wright, Lori Witter, and Debra Chisholm; uncles, Trevin Murray, Anthony Magwood, Nathan Green, Dexter Green, and Quentin Green; Godfather, AnthonySingleton; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special and longtime friends, Cedric Frazier, Manny Lewis, Willie Moore, and Michael Fish.
