Isaac Cochran was born on August 14, 1939 to the late Murphy and Queen Cochran in Colleton County. He completed his earthly journey and transitioned by answering the call on Monday, September 30, 2019 at Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia. Home-Going Celebration will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Stephens-Maree-Tracy Chapel of Serenity, 305 Ackerman Street, Walterboro, South Carolina. Reverend Ronald Clayton, Eulogist. Interment, Cochran Cemetery, Round O, South Carolina.
He attended the public schools of Colleton County and later moved to Philadelphia. He worked for Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewing Company for forty years. After retirement, he worked for a local grocery store near his home in Philadelphia.
He was preceded in death by his sons Kevin Cochran and Isaac Cochran, Jr.; two sisters and five brothers.
He leaves to cherish his memories: two granddaughters, Heather, and Jada, and Dee Dee Smith; two grandsons, Jaris and Jaylon;two sisters, Colles Bee Cleckley of Walterboro, and Ruby Cochran Presha of Jacksonville, Florida; two brothers, Eugene Cochran of Round O and Charles Cochran (Debra) of Jacksonville, Florida; one daughter-in-law, Valentina Cochran and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and a special close friend, Cookie.
