Mr. Lloyd Parker, 62, of Hampton, South Carolina, was born February 18, 1960 in Suffolk, Virginia to Mother E. Marie Parker and the Late Coll Parker, Sr. On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 1:44 in the afternoon, the angels of God came and peacefully ushered Lloyd into the bosom of the Lord at the Hampton County Memorial hospital.
Lloyd was the fifth child born of eight siblings. He was unique from birth. He was created uniquely by the hands of God and was definitely fearfully and wonderfully made in the Lord’s image.
He was living at the Disability and Special Needs Center in Hampton, South Carolina. He loved doing basic life skills, arts and crafts. Lloyd attended weekly services at the center and enjoyed the times of worship.
He was preceded in death by his father Coll Parker, Sr., and his eldest brother Coll Parker, Jr.
Lloyd leaves to cherish his memories his Mother, Marie Parker of Ruffin, siblings, Harvard (Teretha) Parker of Ruffin, South Carolina, Doris, (Dorothy) Parker (Willie Cle) Aiken of Ruffin, South Carolina, Larry (Felicia) Parker of Ruffin, South Carolina, Gloria Goodwine, of Walterboro, South Carolina, Annette Drayton, of Ruffin, South Carolina, James (Dorothy) Parker of Richmond, Virginia; five aunts, Deloris Jenkins, of Ruffin, South Carolina, Melvine Brunson, of Suffern, New York, Eunice Grant of Chesapeake, Virginia, Diane Brunson, Orangeburg, New York, Monica Nixon of Walterboro; South Carolina; one uncle, Peter Nixon, Walterboro, South Carolina; sister- in- Law, Christine Parker, of Savannah, Georgia; nine nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews; one great-great nephew and many loving cousins and friends.
