Reba was born on March 18, 1950 in Colleton County to the late William J. and Essie Mae Hamilton. She departed this life on November 23, 2020 in Dublin, Georgia.
Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Wesley Grove United Methodist Church, Cottageville, South Carolina. Reverend Johnny Epps, Pastor, and Minister Michael Bodison, Eulogist. A public viewing will be held Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Stephens-Maree-Tracy Funeral Home Chapel of Serenity from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Reba attended the public schools of Colleton County and graduated with the class of 1968 from Colleton High School, Walterboro, South Carolina. She later met and married the love of her life, James Wilbur Millen, Sr. in 1972. To this union, five children were born.
Reba Cora Lee Millen was a woman of strength, love, and compassion. She was a woman who loved her family and friends. She treated everyone who crossed her path like they were one of her family members. Her memories will forever be cherished by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wilbur Millen, Sr.; one daughter, Jamie Wilbrena Millen; one sister, Diane Scott and three brothers, Michael Youngblood, Levi Youngblood, and Dennis Scott.
Reba leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Suzette DeRenne (Franklin) Delaney of Walterboro, South Carolina; three sons, Julius Millen and James Wilbur Millen, Jr. of Dublin, Georgia, and Shawn Lee Millen of Walterboro, South Carolina; seven grand children; nine great-grand children; three sisters, Betty (Fred) Ford of Cottageville, South Carolina, Denise (Paul) Pinkney of Augusta, Georgia, Julia (Fred Jr.) Robinson of Augusta, Georgia; two brothers, David (Linda) Warren of Charlotte, North Carolina and Melvin (Diane) Johnson of Charleston, South Carolina; sister-in-law, Lula Smalls of Walterboro, South Carolina; a special sister-in-law, Clara Mae Cochran of Cottageville, South Carolina; two special friends, Mary Jordon and Johnny Simmons and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
