Rachel Gadson Kinsey

Rachel Gadson Kinsey was born on August 12, 1939 in Neyles, SC to the late Buster and Katie Gadson. She departed this life in the comfort of her home on February 20, 2026.  Rachel was a member of Aimwell Presbyterian Church until her health began to fail.

Rachel was known for her kind heart, strong faith, and loving spirit. She was deeply passionate about family. Her porch was her peaceful sanctuary, where she loved to sit and reflect. She had such a tender heart for flowers and found joy in planting them. Singing was another joy of hers, her voice bought comfort to everyone. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; she touched many lives through her loves, wisdom, and laughter!

She is preceded in death by her parents Buster and Katie Gadson, her husband Daniel Kinsey, and Jelorin Middleton.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her children Daniel, Roxanne, Julie, and Keith (Latarsha); Grandchildren, Shawn (Tiffany), Antoinette (Gregory), Katrina (Thadies), Iyhania, DaeQuan, Corey, Devin, and Camille; Great Grandchildren, Kashanti, Trinity, Shawn Jr., Sidney, Jaxson, Jayla, Jayson, Tahir, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
