Robert Drakeford

Mr. Robert Drakeford, son of Mrs. Pamela (Lee) Short and Robert Lee Drakeford Jr., was born on October 29, 1994, in Florence, SC. God called him home Wednesday, July 24, 2024, into eternal rest at home. He was surrounded by his beloved family. He was a member of IHTLSCOD. Robert attended Florence County School. He had a big heart for kids no matter what. All the kids loved uncle Zel. His favorite thing to do was ride ATVs and work on electronics. He looked at all his cousins as brothers and sisters. His older cousins were uncle and aunts to him. 

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Leroy Alston, Robert Drakeford & Marion Johnson; one brother, Jonathan Hubbard.

Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Pamela (Lee) Short of Effingham, SC; father, Robert Drakeford Jr. of Columbia, SC; two sisters, Angel Drakeford and Katrina (Travis) Gibson; two nieces, Tasiah Davis and Shy' Tasia Jackson; five nephews, Joshua Bethea, Da'Marien Wellls, Travis Gibson Jr.,Shy'Kell Jackosn Jr. and Jai'Kell Jackson; two grandmothers, Irene Drakeford, and Jeannette Johnson(nana); Aunts, Louise, Essie (Robert), Stacey, Shermeca (Kelvin); Zandra and Wanda Orange; two uncles, Jermaine (Katrina) and Marion; godmother, Peggy Alexander; godbrother, Nijoel; sisters at heart, Trisha (London & Zohara), Kiara (Kash), Cassandra (Caidence); brothers for life, Latrell, La'Marvin, Robert(ski), Jamel, Bobby T, Shy'Kell and Dante; Special friend, Shawndel, along with numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
