Sam Middleton,III Obituary

Sam Middleton, III was born in Columbia, South Carolina on March 13, 1956 to Sam Middleton, Jr. and Essie Thomas Middleton. He was the sixth child of nine children. He entered into eternal rest on June 15, 2019.

He attended and  graduated  from  Eau Claire High School and afterwards joined the United States  Army. He Later, moved to New York where he met and married his wife,  Linda Stephens Middleton.  He was employed with Joyva, Inc. Candy Company. He returned home in 2013 where he lived the rest of his life. He became a member of his family's church, New Hope Outreach Ministries, which is now called City of Hope. He loved church and would often visit High Time Ministries. Sam loved life and everyone who knew him will miss him greatly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Essie Middleton; two brothers, Tony and James Middleton; sister, Sarah Parker; and a father-in-law, Marcus Stephens.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Linda Stephens Middleton; three children, Christopher Matthew, Sam Middleton, IV, and Andrea Middleton, all of New York; three granddaughters, Nyasia Burris,  Amaya Middleton, and Madison Dennis, whom he loved and talked about constantly; five siblings, Mozell Holloway, Pearline Livingston, Sandra M. (Bruce, Sr.) Robinson, Anthony Middleton, and Majorie Middleton all of Columbia, South Carolina; mother-in-law, Thelma Stephens and sister-in-law, Brenda Stephens of New York and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
