Senner Mae Grant was Born on March 2, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York to the late St. Clair and Aline Crosson Smith. She entered into eternal rest on July 24, 2020 at the home of her daughter , Theresa G. Frazier in Fairfax, South Carolina.
Graveside Service Honoring the Life of Senner Mae Grant will be held Friday, July 31, 2020 at Wilkerson Baptist Church Cemetery, Early Branch, South Carolina at 11:00 a.m.. The Reverend Dr. Ephriam D. Stephens, Eulogist. A public viewing will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Brice W. Herndon Funeral Home ( Varnville-Hampton Chapel ), 1074 Yemassee Highway, Varnville, South Carolina from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

She was educated in the Public Schools of Brooklyn, New York and graduated from the Sarah Bing High School in Brooklyn, New York.
She was employed at the C. B. Cotton Factory for many years in Brooklyn, New York. She later relocated back home with her parents in Hampton County, South Carolina.
Senner Mae accepted the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the Wilkerson Baptist Church, Early Branch, South Carolina and was later baptized and became a member at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Hampton, South Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her husband Amos Grant Jr.; one grandchild, Daryl Grant; and two brothers, Leon Crosson and Stephen Smith.
Senner Mae loved traveling to different places with her daughter and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish fond memories, one daughter, Theresa G. Frazier, of Fairfax, South Carolina; five Grands, Stephen Murray (Denise) of Fairfax, South Carolina, Cytrecia Murray of Fairfax, South Carolina, Hope Grant, of Charlotte, North Carolina, Maj. Jordan Davis (Tiffany), of Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Demetrius Smith Sr., of Fairfax, South Carolina; thirteen great grands; eight great-great grands; one Uncle, George Crosson, of Varnville, South Carolina; one Aunt; Juanita Glover, of Varnville, South Carolina and a host of other relatives
