Stanley Bradley Obituary

Stanley Bradley, 55, of 1105 Manning Road, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at his residence. Born in Sumter County, August 29, 1964, he was the son of the late Turner Lee and Virginia Green Bradley.

A Graveside Service Honoring and Celebrating Stanley's Life will be held Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Bradford Cemetery, Sumter, South Carolina at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Aaron Vaughn, Eulogist.   A public viewing will be the day of Service only. ( FACIAL MASKS ARE REQUIRED AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED ).  

He was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. In his youth, Stanley attended Mulberry Baptist Church. Stanley had a love for music, but his passion was watching old movies and soap operas. He would sit for hours watching soap operas. He was a very hilarious individual. He loved being around those that made him see life with laughter. His comical spirit made him amusing and loving. He will be missed by many that loved being in his presence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Turner Lee and Virginia Green Bradley; four brothers, Tommie Lee, Lomand, Richard Lee and Lee Vern Bradley.

Stanley leaves to cherish his memory, two children, Ingrid “Stacy” Vaughn of Sumter, South Carolina and Stanley Vaughn of Asheville, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Shanya Vaughn and Shalai Jasper both of Sumter, South Carolina, Amariya, Damani, Armani and Bhramari Vaughn all of Asheville, North Carolina; one brother, Thomas Bradley of Loris, South Carolina; five sisters, Lillie Mae Bradley, Mary Alice (Robert) McKnight, Cathy Diane Bracey and Sonya Denise Bradley all of Sumter, South Carolina; three aunts, Annie Ruth Pringle of Charleston, South Carolina,  Hattie Bradley  and Dorothy Smith both of Sumter, South Carolina; one grand aunt, Velia Mae Ladson of Sumter, South Carolina; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
